TO REGISTER, DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION/RELEASE FORM.

PLEASE HAND IN COMPLETED FORM ALONG WITH PAYMENT IN THE DROP BOX IN THE 2ND FLOOR OFFICE. 

Please make a copy of your completed form for your records.

Note: Students can sign their own name if 18 years old.  There are NO actual tickets issued.  Students will be entered into a registration list.
