When is the party being held?   

Friday, June 8, 2018 (after commencement) 10:30 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.

 

Transportation:

5-6 buses (50 students per bus) is usually donated by Marshall Bus Lines. They will take the students to and from Dakotah Sports & Fitness. SENIORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE THEIR OWN
CARS – THEY MUST RIDE THE BUSES PROVIDED.

 

Details:

Students load busses at 10:30 p.m.

Buses arrive at DSF at 11:00 p.m.

I have medications that I will need to bring to the party, but will also need it throughout the day.  What do I need to do?

Please have prescription medications or brand name medicine in it's original package in a separate Ziploc bag, labeled with your name.​

 

Can I leave the party early?

Yes. A signed letter or email from the senior parent/guardian needs to be sent to a co-chair and your parents will need to be the party picking you up at the scheduled time.  NO ONE ELSE IS APPROVED TO PICK YOU UP.

 

After commencement is over, can I go home, change and come back?

NO.  Commencement start at 7:00 p.m. and will end approximately at 8:30 p.m. You will need to bring clothes with you prior to commencement if you want to change for the party. Buses will arrive at
10:15 p.m. and will depart for DSF at 10:30 p.m.

 

Will I have time to take pictures after commencement?

Yes. Commencement starts at 7:00 p.m. and will end approximately at 8:30 p.m. You will have 1-1/2 hourto take pictures with family and friends. Buses will arrive at 10:15 p.m. and will leave for DSF
at 10:30 p.m.

 

I registered for the party, but did not attend.  Am I still eligible for prizes?

No. You must be present at the time of the drawing.  Prizes will be drawn throughout the night.

 

Is there a Scholarship Program for students?

Yes.  Please contact the school counselor and/or a co-chair to be considered.
