ATTENTION ALL-NIGHT PARTY ATTENDEES (2018 GRADUATES ONLY):

Read below for party and check-in instructions. Please note, the 2018 Senior Class Party Planning Committee is not responsible for students that do not show up for the party.

​

AM CHECK-IN (this is the first of two required check-ins)

​

All-night party check-in is from 8:30 AM – 10:15 AM on Friday, June 8, 2018 prior to graduation rehearsal at 10:30 AM. Bring your properly labeled bag(s) at this time (see instructions below). *Check-in is for ALL attendees of the all-night party (whether you bring a bag or not). Each graduate will get a lanyard.

• Last names beginning A-L, check-in is in room 3214

• Last names beginning M-Z, check-in is in room 3314

 

Follow the signs. Volunteers will also be on site to direct you. A table will be set up on the 2nd floor as you enter by the gyms and volunteers will be available to answer questions or assist with last-minute registration (must have signed consent form).

 

All bags going to Dakotah! Sport & Fitness must be dropped off before rehearsal. Late drop off of bags will NOT be permitted. Both rooms will be locked and will remain locked for the rest of the day.

 

All bags/personal items must be checked in during this time and will be checked. DO NOT pack post-graduation change of clothes in these bags. You will not have access to them until it is time to leave for Dakotah! Sport & Fitness.

 

BAGS/BACKPACKS

 

To streamline the process and reduce wait times, PLEASE LABEL YOUR BAGS with first and last names. Pack all items you will want/need for the party, including:

​

• Swimsuit and towel: cotton gym apparel is not permitted in the pools.

• Ice skates: skates are available at the facility; however, you are welcome to bring your own (HOCKEY EQUIPMENT IS NOT ALLOWED).

• You do NOT need to bring money. All activities and food will be provided.

 

CHANGE OF CLOTHING

 

If you plan to change out of your graduation attire BEFORE going to the all-night party, HAVE A SEPARATE BAG with your desired clothing. DO NOT CHECK THIS BAG. You will be able to change after graduation, return this bag to your vehicle or friend/family and then begin participating in the post-graduation activities.

POST-GRADUATION

 

Following the graduation ceremony, DO NOT LEAVE THE HIGH SCHOOL. Change clothes (as above) if you prefer and then go to the commons for a light snack. Graduates must wear their lanyard to get a snack and get on the bus.

 

PM CHECK-IN AND TRANSPORTATION TO THE PARTY (this is the final required check-in for all attendees)

 

When directed, please report to the same room at which you checked your bag/received your lanyard in the morning:

• Last names beginning A-L, check-in is in room 3214

• Last names beginning M-Z, check-in is in room 3314

 

The final required check-in begins at 9:45 PM. The buses will depart for the party at 10:30 PM. Any graduate that does not make both check-ins, will not be eligible for prizes. In order to attend the party, you MUST use the transportation provided both to and from the facility. No refunds will be given for those who miss the bus/party. PLEASE BE ON TIME! Any disruptions on the buses will result in parents being called and graduates being sent home. Please be courteous and have fun!!
